Nacho Matrix Selects Katalyst for Restaurant Technology Partner

Nacho Matrix, a new concept restaurant in Colorado Springs set to open soon, recently selected Katalyst to power their restaurant operations.

For Tyler, and Jenny Sherman, whose goal is to…”create a place where we would want to go”, their customer and staff experience is essential to their business.

“Our usage of technology revolves around a passion for detail, because our primary goal is to create a unique, and welcoming community of nacho lovers”. There’s over 500,000 people in Colorado Springs alone, and one of our greatest challenges is simply “making one happy face at a time with delicious food.”

Together, Nacho Matrix and Katalyst are on a mission; solving some of the biggest challenges restaurants are facing every day…putting an end to a patchwork of incompatible systems, never-ending costs that come from so many disparate tools, and the lack of a true support partnership.

Nacho Matrix will be using Katalyst’s point of sale system, kitchen display screens, and handhelds to streamline their operations, enhance the dining experience and drive higher customer spending. The two companies will be implementing over the coming weeks.

Tyler and Jenny are also the proud owners of Odyssey Gastropub since 2014. Make sure to stop in for their beloved chicken and waffles for either brunch or dinner! Jenny also serves on the Board of Directors for the Pikes Peak Chapter of the Colorado Restaurant Association.
